Our restaurant is on the beach, so not only will you enjoy not only great food, you may even see a group of dolphins while you are dining. Our focus is sustainability and buying local wherever possible. We intend to buy only biodegradable packaging and compost them on our own farm, where we grow fruit and vegetables for the restaurant.

Not everything is available locally in the Maldives and to make sure our guests enjoy the best dishes, we import directly from the producer wherever we can so that we have full traceability of our ingredients.
